Exchange Policy for Skincare Products

Due to the personal nature of skincare items, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
   
• You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
   
• Proof of purchase and photos of the issue (if applicable) are required.
   

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds.
   
• Exchanges are only available for the same item or an item of equal value.
